GENL SIR R. BADEN-POWELL

The General has explained iu his books on tho subject that Boy Scouts aro not trained upon military lines, but in such a, manner that it is hoped they will be enabled to become better citizens and true men. .Extensive arrangements' are in hand for welcoming the distinguished visitor.
