Eeid, S.M.) ■Ufred Martin, bushfollor, of Johnsonville, sued Ringi Horomona, sheepfaruier, for XlO, which amount plnmtiff alleged was due to him for biishfelling. Mr. P. W. Jackson appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. J. J. M'G'raHi for the defendant. For insobriety Norah Nugent was fined 55., Eobert M'Minn was fined 10s., and John Eussell was ordered to pay 10s. (id. medical expenses.
