(Before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M.) I-'or insobriety, Arthur Hagncy and Frederick Peterson were cacb fined 10s. George Broughton, a prohibited person, who was found guilty ot having broken his prohibition order for the ntth time, was committed to Roto Roa for one year. Sydney Arthur Philp was ordered to pay 7s. lid. per week towards the support ot a certain infant. . Thomas Koskruge was found guilty ot having stolen, a bicycle lamp. Chief .Detective Broberg stated that the defendant had never been in trouble before, and the Court ordered Rc-skruge to appear for sentence when called on.
