Lieutenant-General Sir Robert BadenPowell, in an intorviow, declared that he was travelling the world for the purpose of seeing what the Boy Scouts are doing. He does not think that compulsory training will interfere with the Scout movement. On the other hand, the Scouts will immensely improve the Cadet system, <is the movement imbued boys with the right spirit, without which good soldiers were impossible.
