SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications arc for a falling barometer everywhere shortly. The present light and variable winds giving way to freshening northerlics, with tomowhat niildsr but misty and cloudy weather, and with occasional light Ehowera in many parts of the country. The barometer has continued high, and the weather has been rather cold and misty, especially on all the Eastern Coast, moderate southeasterly breezes ha\o prevailcd - D. C. BATES. Hastings, May 13.-A imld morning, followed by dull and cold.aiternoon.
