MANGATAINOKA CHEESE FACTORY.

THE SEASON'S OUTPUT. From the beginning of tho season to the end of April the. output nf the Mangatainoka. cheese factory i> reported to lie 102 tons, valued at .£10,300. This is 110 tons in advance of the output for the whole of last season, and up to 20 tons will probably be added to the season's total before tho factory closes down. For the eighteen, shipments which have passed through the grading stores at Wellington this season, tho average grade was just under 1)1 points. The tests for the last period, ending April 30, were exceptionally good. There were only four as low as 4.0 per cent, of butter-fat, while three wero over 5.0, tho highest being 5.7. The remainder ranged from 4.1 to 4.9.
