The Social Democrats have organised a demonstration of protest against the expulsion from the Prussian Diet of Herr Borchardt, a Socialist, who was removed for riotous conduct. Several thousand persons paraded tho streets singing the "Marseillaise." The police, with drawn swords, scattered the demonstrators. Several were wounded, and a number of arrests wero made.
