GERMAN POLICE USE DRAWN SWORDS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. May 12, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, May 11. The Social Democrats have organised a demonstration of protest against the expulsion from the Prussian Diet of Herr Borchardt, a Socialist, who was removed for riotous conduct. Several thousand persons paraded tho streets singing the "Marseillaise." The police, with drawn swords, scattered the demonstrators. Several were wounded, and a number of arrests wero made.
