NATIONAL RECOGNITION. By Telegraph—Pruss Association—Oopyrisnt. London, May 9. Lord Curzon states that the response by all sections of political nnd public opinion has stamped the movement to recognise Sir Henuiker Heaton's services as a nation alone. Many distinguished foreigners have signified their desire to participate in recognition of the work done by Sir Henniker in connection with postal matters.
