Sir Joseph Ward, interviewed, snid the prosperity of New Zealand, was widespread, and without any element of boom. He ,was satisfied that Mr. Fisher, the Prime Minister of Australia, had a whole-hearted desire to secure the closest possible trade relations between the Commonwealth and the Dominion.
