WAIHI GRAND JUNCTION.
SECOXD DIVIDEND DECLARED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Auckland, May 8. The Waihi Grajid Junction directors have rernmmended a. dividend of 5 per cent., equal to one shilling, payablo to shareholders registered at the dose of business on May 7. payable on May 31. Tho annual meclinß will be held in London on May 16.
