SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Thrcatentni! conditions still continue in the north, and easterly winds, strong to Rale, are probable northward of Kawhai and Gisbornc, with cloudy weather and rain. Strong southerly winds are to bo expected elsewhere, with cold and misty, cloudy and unsettled weather. The barometer has a falling tendency everywhere, especially .in the north. The barometer has fallen everywhere, with easterly and southerly winds, moderate to strong, and squally in parts. . Increasing cloudiness has prevailed, but little rain has fallen at presont. D. C.
