TRAINING CAMPS.

THE "SIXTH MOOTED.?." Tho training camp of the fith (Manawatu) Mounted Regiment will be hold at Foxton, commencing on Stay 22. General Godley will visit (hfi ramp on May 21, and the camp will be struck on May 21). "A" .Squadron of the regiment will entrain at Wellington on May '22. and proceed to Levin, where the squadron will detrain and march to Foxton. Transport will be provided for the march. "B" Squadron (less the, Levin troop) will inarch from I'almcrstcm to Foxton on the 22nd; the I.pvin troop joining "A" Squadron at Levin. "C" Squadron will entrain at Taihape and Great ford and intermediate stations on 22nd, and will detrain at Foxton. "D" Squadron will assemble at Awahuri on the 21st. and march to Foxton on the 22nd. Detailed instructions will be issued later by the officers commanding squadrons. . The three extra camps to be held in the Wellington military district before tho end of the present training rear (Xlav 31) have been arranged as follow: —Wellington Infantry, 7th Regiment, from Mar 17-25, on tho rifle range, Wanjjanui; Ist and 2nd Battalions of tho Wellington Infantry, 9th Regiment, from May 17-25, at Masterton; Wcllington_ Infantrv, sth Regiment, from May 18-25, at Trenthain. On June 7 (lie Wellington Mounted Brigailo will go., into camp at I'nlmer.-lon North, and will remain under tnnviis until Juno 17.
