STATE TREASURER UPHELD. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyricht Melbourne, May 7. In connection with the Wonthaggi license case, the Full Court upheld Mr. \V. A. Watt (State Treasurer) ill refusing to issue a license, on the ground that I Neal, the applicant for the license, was not the one in whose name application I was made, and ordered the writ of manI dainus against Mr. Watt not to issue, at the samo time ruling that Mr. Watt, as State Treasurer, was not a privileged person, and must obey the law like anyone else.
