The steamer Vosburg stranded at tho entrance of tho Nehalen Kiver, and heavy seas broke over her tho entire night. It was impossible to rescue the crew, as tho combers swept the Vosburg and made a great hole in her bows. Finally, after hours of effort, the Government life-saving crew put off in a life-boat, and managed to rescue the crew, who were in the last stages of exhaustion.
