MANAWATU HUNT.

:jjr Te!eKraph.--Stieclttl Correspondent.! Paimerston North, May 5. The Manawntu Hunt Club held a most enjoyable meet, at Kangitikei Line on Saturda'v afternoon. There was a bic field of followers, and a crowd of spectators turned out to witness the Sport. There wore three turns over tho country from tlio Rniiffitikei Lino to Biumythorpo, tho "kill" taking place at the residence of Mr. H. M'Kwen, of Bunnvthorpe. There afternoon tea was kindly dispensed by the Misses M'Eweii. At (he conclusion of the hunt cheers were Riven for Mr. and Missc-s M'Hwen, and the property-owners, at the instance of the Master,' Mr. (.?. Shannon.
