A remarkable manifesto, protesting against an attempt that is being made at Kieff to revive a charge of ritual murder or blood accusation against Russian Jews has been signed by leading theologians, writers, scientists, and politicians. There are Russian, .French, German, and English signatures, which include those of tho Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Rev. I'rancis liourne (Archbishop of Westminster), Lords Rosebery, Cromer, and Balfour, and tho High Commissioners and Agents-General.
