Mr. John Redmond is dissatisfied with Sir Edward Grey's hint of the possibility of an alternative solution to meet Ulster's opposition. The Nationalists suspect .that the proposal when forthcoming will meet Ulster's special case. Sir E. Grey, in speaking on Friday last, said that if Ulster prevented a solution some other way must be found to free the House of Commons and put tho control of Irish affairs in Irish hands.
