SUPREME COURT.
In the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice. Kdward;, on Saturday, further evidence inis heard in tho case in which Francis Hood claimed to recover from Robert Harry Hole the possession of a farm, which he alleged had been sold to Jlolo during his (Uood's) absence in England, '['ho case had been partly heard in Masterton on March 23. Mr. W. .11. 1). Bell appeared for Hood and Mr. A. W. Blair for Hole. As tho case was still unfinished on Saturday it was further adjourned until to-morrow afternoon.
