SALE OF HAWERA DAIRY LANDS
In our advertising columns to-day will bo found a preliminary announcement by tho New Zealand I<oan and Mercantile Agency Company, Uawera, referring to the sale by auction of somo notable dairy lands in and around Hawera, one lot owned by Mr. C. Goodson, the other by the executors in the estate of the late Mr. Joseph Pease. These properties aro situated close to Hawera, and within a short distanco of factories, schools, and the railway station. Mr. Goodson's property comprises a portion of the wellknown Waihi Downs, and contains ■ 750 acres, subdivided into from 10 to 135 acres. It lies in tho midst of dairy factories, such as Tokaora, Hawera, Normanby, and tho Hurstlands Creamery. Tho land is described as being some of the finest of its kind in South Taranaki. Mr. Pease's estate comprises BGO acres, which is to be subdivided into suitable areas and offered for sale or lease. These lands are also quito close to Hawera. Plans of the localities may now be obtained from all New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company branches, and also full particulars. The sale will take plare at Hawera on Saturday, May ,25.
