A MOTION ACCEPTED. TO AVOID A DIVISION. By Telcsraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Ree. May 2, 11.25 p.m.) London, May 2. A. motion to request tho Government to co-operato with the doctors to make insurance efficient was unexpectedly accepted. Mr. stated that the negotiations with the doctors was progressing with a view to securing adequate remuneration, and tiio Government desired to meet their legitimate requests. The Unionist newspapers hint that the acceptance of tho motion was duo to llie small attendance of Ministerialists and the desire to avoid a division.
