Tho Admiralty has doeidcd that the first and .second battle squadrons shall consist of Ereadnought.s and vessels of thu Lord Nelson class; tho third squadron or eight .King Edwards; and the fourth squadron, at tho outset, of vessels of tho Duncan class; tlieso squadrons to form tho first fleet. Tho fifth squadron to consist of eight Formidablcs, and tho seventh squadron of eight Majesties, the change,? to bo effected in tho course of a month. It is considered unnecessary to complete the sixth or form the soventh squadrons at present.
