STA LLION 'REGISTRATION BILL.
The Marton branch of the Farmers Union is disgusted that the Stallion Registration Bill has not been gone on with by the Government. At-the annual meeting of the-.branch the following remit to tho AVcllin-'ton Provincial Conierenco was endorsed "-"That this branch brings before the notice of the Wellington Provincial Conference that the Stallion Bill, hrst recommended by this branch and subsequently agreed to .by both Provincial and Colonial Conferences, as also the A. and P Societies' Conference, and which # was stronglv recommended by the Veterinary Department, has not yet been brought befor» Parliament We therefore urge that some expression should Iμ given to our in"tense diigiist that a matter of so great importance to the country should havo been so absolutely, neglected'by Jhe Government'lhrough two sessions of Parliament: ■■"" ■■"■" "■" ""
