SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications arc for cold and stormy weather—bail, rain, and snow in parts. Strong westerly winds, veering to southerly gales generally, and the barometer rising fast ovcrywUcro soon. Uigh barometric pressure may be anticipated, with an improvement i"n weather conditions after from 36 to 48 hours. Stormy weather has been experienced in most, parts of the country.
