THE REVOLT IN THIBET.
CHINESE TROOPS SURROUNDED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. London, April 29. Reports from Lhnssa state that tho Tibetan forces are estimated to number ten thousand. A portion of them surrounds a thousand Chinese troop 3 in the southern suburbs. Several buildings were burnt. The aggregate losses of tho Tibetans are set down at 900 killed, nnd of the Chinese 300. The Chinese troops captured the wife and children of the Dalai Lama's brother.
