TUESDAY. Celery soup. Boiled neck of mutton. Capet sauoe. Carrots. Turnips. Potatoes. Baroness pudding. BARONESS PUDDING. Half a pound (lour, six ounces suet, half a pound raisins, pinch of salt, milk to mix, ono tcaspoonful baking powder. Greaso a. pudding basin, shred and chop the suet; mix the Hour, baking powder, salt and suet together, and add sufficient milk to mix to a stiff paste. Put into the basin, boil four hours, and serve with sweet melted butter. FOR TO-MORROW. Ox tail, liquor mutton was boiled in, caper, carrots, turnips, raisins, suet.
