IMPERIAL PATENTS' ADVOCATED.

London, April 29. The Agents-General havo been elected vice-presidents of the Institute of Inventors, which aims to secure the establishment of Imperial instead of separate patents in the various parts of the Empire, also to ailviso intending patentees.
