Lisbon, April 28. During the voyage of the Portuguese Bteamer Africa, 5515 tons, carrying 203 European passengers and four hundred negroes in the hold for the cocoa plantations, a black, seven feot high, and of giant strength, ran amok. With a heavy axe he killed six negroes and wounded eighteen. He escaped into the hold, and killed two Europeans and wounded five ethers before he was fatally shot.
