MR. ROTHSCHILD'S ASSAILANT

The medical evidence shows that Tebbitt is a homicidal maniac, and he suffered from the delusion that Mr. Lionel de Eothschild influenced his teacher at .King's College to make an erroneous chemical formula. Tebbitt, therefore, felt impelled to attack Mr. Lionel tie Eothschild. When before the Police Court, it was stated by the solicitor for Tebbitt that the latter's mind, had been affected by influenza, and the overstudy of chemistry. Tebbitt fired at Mr. Eothschild, also at Detectivo Berg, whom ho wounded.
