[Specially written for The Dominion.) TIirHSDAV. Vegetable soup. Curried rabbit. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Lindisfarne pudding. CI'KVJKD JJAWIIT. One rabbit, liczs. butter, 3 onions pint of stuck, I tablespoonful curry powder, 1 .tublespnonful of ilour, the juice of half a lemon, !lb. rice. Empty, skin, and wash the rabliit thoroughly, and cut it neatly into joints, ,I'ut it into a stewpan with the butler and sliced onions, and let them acquire a nice brown colour, but do not allow tlieni to blacken. Pour in the stock, which should be boiling; mix the curry powder and flour smoothly with a littlo water, add to it the stock, and simmer gently for rather more than half an hour. Squeeze in the lemon juice, an 4 serve in' the centre of the dish with boiled rice all round. FOR TO-MORItOW. Half pint lentils 'soaked overnight). Schnupper. Curry powder. Rice. Macaroni. Tomatoes. Apple-;. Suet. Breadcrumbs. Lemon. Currants.
