SAVAGERY TOWARDS JEWS. ."MATIN'S" CORRESPONDENT ... MURDERED. By Telegraph—PreM Association—Copyright Paris, April 22. The murdered at Fez- include the "Matin's" correspondent and his wife. The newspapers contain terrible narratives of savagery and unbridled licence, which continued for three days. Jews particularly wero singled out, and many were thrown from tho house-tops and girls violated. Four thousand Jews took refuge in a palace. Tho French troops killed 800 rioters. Nineteen French soldiers were killed and 110 wounded, and thirteen French civilians wero killed. " ■ —i
