'L'ho Eltham C'o-operativo Dairy Factory Companv, at a special mooting, resolved to increase the capital from .-£20.000 to .£■lo,ooo, and alter the. present basis of allotment of share?, so that shares may he taken up by the present supplier*. This increased capital is required lor the installation of a cheese plant. When an experienced factory manager declares that a certain part of the equipment is "perfect" thero must he splendid features in the article. Tho manager of the l-'eatlierston Co-operative Dairy Co-, in writing about "Victor" Vats, said they were "absolutely tho. best and to Ins mind perfect."
