SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for a cyclonic storin developing over the North Island - within tho next 36 hours. High easterly winds prevailing, with heavy rain and a falling barometer. Tho winds will probably chango from east to south-easterly and increase in the south with, showery and changeable weatherturning colder shortly. The barometer had a. falling tendenov I everywhere until Sunday evening, when n, slight rise took place in the south; strong westerly winds prevailed, and unsettled \weather, with ram, in parts, and especiallv on the West Coast.
