EMPLOYMENT FOR WOMEN.
Tho "Labour Journal" of the current month reports as follows on tho employment which has been found for women (luring tho month of March in Wellington :— During tho past month there have been 280 applications received and dealt with, viz., 189 from employors, and 91 from women seeking employment. Most of them had employment to go to immediately on landing.
