LOWER HUTT MAYORALTY.
MB. H. BALDWIN AT ALICETOWN, Mr. n. Baldwin, who is a candidate for the Hutt Mayoralty, addressed a meeting at tho Alicetown Schoolroom last evening. The candidate dealt at great length with tlio administration of tho borough's finances, and advocated a progressive jwlicy, tempered with caution. After answering a nuinbor of questions, Mr. Dahhvin was necorded a vote or thanks and confidence.
