FRENCHMEN KILLED AT FEZ. ts Teleeraph-PreßS Asioolation-Oopyrlght Tangier, April 18. A rebellion has broken out in several luarters in Fez, owing to measures to which the native troops objected. Several Frenchmen were killo'd at tho Embassy. Tho journalists are safe. Troops have armed from the city of Uekinez.
