Gnlbraith presided. Tho meeting endorsed the Wellington Union's decision to discontinue tho suspension of E. Carmichael. a member of the Oriental third class team. It was reported that among tho remits for consideration at the annual meeting were several embodying suggestions that the rules of the game should bo altered in certain directions. Some of these suggestions were from Wanganui. Ono remit proposed a conference with certain Australian Rugby bodies for the purpose of discussing ideas that had already been put forward. The meeting devoted a good deal of time to matters entailed in the compilation of the annual report. It was stated that the report would bo issued for publi-, cation very shortly. . . ASSOCIATION.
