No. award was niado, there being no danger to the rescuer. Caso of Robert 11. Allen (16 years) for rescuing Mrs. It. 'S. Reynolds (50 years) from drowning at Auckland on August 12, 1911. Certificate. Case of Herbert V. Baker (25 years), for i rescuing Hoy Martin (3 years) from burning at Auckland on December 7, 1911. Silver medal. Case of Richard Norman Thomas (11 years), for rescuing William G. Wilkins (5 years) from drowning at Aknroa on i'ebruary 24, 1912, Framed certificate. Case of Samuel D. Campbell (43 years), for rescuing David Taylor (38 years) and JarneS Taylor (10 years) from drowning at Opotiki on December 29, 1911. Silver medal. Case of George Tyler (80 years), for rescuing Alfred Grey (27 years) from drowning at Ponsonby, Auckland, on December 22, 1911. Certificate. Case of Charles H. Janfield (41 years), for rescuing Andrew Brown (10 years) from drowning at Kingsland on September 28, 1911. Certificate. Case of Ernest Henry Connor Sherburd (28 years), for rescuing Arthur Newton '18 years) and attempting to rescue Cecil Phoeni3 Newton (30 years) from drowning at Riverton Beach on March 3, 1912. Silver, medal. Case of William G. Evans (23 years), for rescuing and attempting to rescuo four young men from drowning at Manukau Barbour on April 2, 1911. Silver medal. Case of Myrtle E. Segar (14 years), for rescuing Maggie I'ealte (14 years) from drowning at Timaru on March 4, 1911. Certificate. Case of Harry Juriss (39 years), for rescuing John P. Jones (28 years) from injury or death at Wellington on December 23, 1911. Silver medal. Case of Michael Crowley (49 years) and Joseph H. James (35 years),'for rescuing several persons from suffocation by gas It tho May Queen Mine, Thames, on January 11, 1912. Silver medal to Crowley; bronze medal to James. Caso of Herbert J. Gerrard (39 years), for rescuing Mrs. E. Eaton (37 years) and Miss Reid (20 yoars) from drowning at Devonport on January 26,1911. Held over Sending further information.
