Tho Leader of (he Opposition was loudly cheered on entering tho halt, and on rising to speak lie was greeted with cheers that lasted for some minutes. Mr. Massoy gave a verv forcible address, in which he eaid tlint the prospects of tho Keform party were very bright. Speeches wero also delivered by the other members of the Opposition party, and each in turn had an excellent reception.
