At the Magistrate's Court on Saturday Kobert Swan was lined M for insobriety. Clmves of insobriety ami breaking a prohibition order were made against Alexander Churchman. Defendant pleaded tor a chance, and his Worship dcculcd to accede f i the request. Ciimchmau was convicted on both counts, and was discharged on condition that he left Wellington and went to work. . Arthur O'llagan was lined .El for WW-! disorderly while drunk, and ,£1 for re->-i-ting tfio police constable who arro-kd him.
