Argument was concluded in the Supreme Court yesterday _ in the Silverstream land cose —an action betwoen Fredcrick Henry l'itcher (builder), Mary Ann Pitcher, Minetto "Wardrop, Anderson, and A. Gray (barrister and solicitor), plaintills, and "William Charles Alfred Dimoclc (bacon-curer), Alexander John M'Tavish, and William Edwin Redstone (carrying on business as land agents, under tho style of A, J. M'Tavish and Co.), defendants. Mr. Justice Sim intimated that he would tako time to consider his decision. Mr. C. B. Morison appeared forthe plaintiffs, and Sir John Findlay, K.C., with him Mr. F. E. Ward, for the defendants.
