[Specially written for The Dominion.) SATURDAY. Stowed steak tiiid kidneys. Potatoes. Celery and white sauce. Coconut pudding. Stewed peaches, COCONUT I'I'DDING. A small stain sponge cake, 1 egg, 1 teacupful milk, 2oz. grated coconut, loz. butler. Butler a small dish, cut sponge cake into slices, place in the bottom of the dish, mix the yolk of one egg with a teacup of milk, pour over the cake; strew grated coconut over, then beat the white to a froth, sweeten, put over the top, and bake slowly in a moderate oven.
