SIR STARR JAMESON.
TRIBUTE BY GENERAL BOTHA, . By Teleerrpli—Press Association—CoDvricht Cape Town, April 11. Speaking in the Unioil llouso of Assembly, General Botha, the Prime Minister, paid a generous tribute to Sir Starr Jameson, who has resigned the Leaderthe Opposition prior to paying a visit to England. Sir Starr Jameson, lie said, had taken a largo view of matters, which had mado co-operation between the parties possible. His moderation and willingness to co-opcrate for the welfare of South Africa had placed him nbovo party.
