MANAWATU HUNT.
A meeting of the AVellingfon branch of the Mannwntu Hunt Club was held at 114 Cuba Street last evening, Mr. C. li. Rliiiues, deputy-master, presiding. The following committee was elected:— Messrs. O. 11. Dense, S. Nairn. C. Biundell.'F. Rowe, A. M. Samuel, F. M'Parland. and D. Sullivan, with power to add to their number; secretarv,-"Mr. 1). F. M'Arthur; treasurer, .Air. .(. J. M'Grath. ,'ll'was resolved that a further meeting be held on Tuesday next for the purpose of preparing a '.syllabus for the coming si'iison, and electing nmv members.
