CONGO OFFICIAL SENTENCED.

Monbach, the chief official at Albertville, in the Congo Froe State, was sentenced to ten years' penal servitude for punishing attacks upon niessougors during military operations, and ordering the execution of eleven natives, including lour women and a child.
