NAVAL CHANGES.
NEW COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. April 11, 10.15 p.m.) London, April 11. The following naval changes are announced:—Admiral Sir Hedworth Meux succeeds Admiral Sir Arthur Moore as Commander-in-Chief at Portsmouth. Admiral Sir Archibald 3Wne succeeds Admiral Sir Edmund Poc as C'ominaiuler-iii-CT.ief in the Mediterranean. Rear-Ad-miral Limpus, of the Home Fleet, succeeds Rear-Admiral Williams as Naval Adviser to tho Turkish Government.
