Chronometer Hating Notice.—At 1 p.m. to-day a galvanometer signal for rating chronometer-; will he seiit from the Observatory to the Public Telegraph Office, and to the Dominion Museum. The needle will move at 1 p.m. exactly of New Zealand standard mean lime, when n chronometer set to Greenwich mean time should show 13 hours SOmin.
