CHARGES OF ADULTERATION. (By Telcgrapn.-Prosa Association.) Auckland, April 10. As a sequel to tho vigilance of th» Health Department, three milk vendorswere charged at the Polico Court with adulterating milk they were offering for sale. In one case a line of .£5 and costs was inflicted. In the second case the defendant had sold milk supplied to him by the previous defendant, A fine of 10s. and 10s. lid. costs was imposed. In the third case, which arose through carelessness, a line of M and costs was in* Hided.
