{ . SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications aro for moderate to 6trong southerly winds, cool and changeable weather, and a steadily rising barometer. The barometer has risen everywhere and strong westerly winds have changed to southerlics, with decreasing force. The weather has been squally and showery but improved to-day. D. 0. BATES.
