SEVEN PEOPLE TRAMPLED TO DEATH. By Tolceraph—Press Assodatlon-Canyrljhl (Rec. April 9, 10.15 p.m.) Paris, April 9. At a concert given by the Women's Patriotic League a lamp fell, ami although tho blazing oil was readily extinguished, a wild stampede of women and children followed. A narrow stairway from the concert room was choked, and it was half an hour before it could be cleared. Seven persons were trampled to death, and fifteen others terribly injured.
