The bariiuen.ine Handa Isle made rather a smart passage from Thames (N.Z.) to Sydney last trip. She left the New Zealand port 011 March 20 laden with 219.000 feet of timber, and went across in 13 d.-iy:--, mec.ing the usual weather conditions.
